What you might want to know -- What makes me, me? I have a love for photography (www.mbaldwinphotograpy.smugmug.com, mbaldwinphotography.com, www.myspace.com/baldwmr) I just Graduated Massage Therapy School also! I'm a redhead.--Naturally AND from a bottle now and then. Love my animals--(Elliott--(RIP) Paisley, Baxter, Harley--(didn't name her) and... Effin' Bird.(didn't name him, either.) My family and I are all scattered across the United States now. Mom's in KY, Rob is in England, Pop and Katie are in Germany, Logan's in New York, and Tate's... in a tent somewhere most likely. I grew up in a wonderful old haunted house surrounded by music, art, love, and ghosts. :) I could guarantee that in the morning Pop would be sitting at the kitchen table with coffee and his guitar playing the soundtrack for my memories for those moments in time. The smell of oil paints and marker fumes were always in the air. (--that may explain alot, actually.) :) -- And laughter was always a given. (hmm... still could've been the fumes.)
We owned a clawfoot tub in a small bathroom that had a lock on the door. The only door in the house with a lock other than the front door. My getaway. A tub with endless hot water that rose high to your chin. Good for those chilly winter days when the wood floors were creeky and cold. Then afterwards I'd go upstairs, hop into my warm waterbed without sheets, and stick to it like a wet frog on a glass window. Ahhh.. Well, what I really meant to say was, that my life has been blessed with many wonderful examples of what a family should be like --And I look forward to the day I can pass those things on to mine. So if you notice that music and fumes put me in a trance, or that I laugh too much, smile too much and have a natural high... blame it on my childhood. It was good.
